Features one zippered main compartment and a zippered pocket on the back side.  interior is a black cotton fabric and a double slip pocket and a zipper pocket in the main compartment.  the outer flap pocket has a double mesh slip pocket and a slanted zipper pocket on the front panel. 

A buckle at the top to hold everything in securely.  Rings on either side at the bottom so it can be worn over either shoulder.
